Terms and Conditions of Sale


1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to online purchases made through the website https://www.ksgshop.com of King Stella Group Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). They govern the rights and obligations of users of the website (“the Customer”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ordering Products

  • An order is considered complete once the Company has received payment confirmation from the system.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any order in the following cases:
    • Incorrect customer information
    • Pricing errors 
    • Out-of-stock items or
    • Other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company

3. ​Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Thai Baht and include VAT.
  • Customers can pay through methods designated by the Company, including:  
    • Bank transfer
    • Credit/debit card payment
    • Other electronic payment channels
  • The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery

  • The Company will arrange product delivery after the order is complete and payment has been confirmed.
  • Delivery fees will be displayed before payment and may be waived during promotional periods.
  • The Company will deliver products from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel a paid order only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may be requested according to the return and refund policy.
  • For order cancellations of paid orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact Online Customer Service.
  • A 4% financial transaction fee will be deducted from the order amount, and processing will take 2-3 business days.​
  • The Company reserves the right to refund through bank transfer or other methods, which may differ from the original payment method.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If the customer receives:
    • Damaged products
    • Incomplete orders
    • Products damaged during delivery
  • Please contact Online Customer Service within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Return/claim conditions:
    • The product must be unused
    • Must be in the original packaging
    • Provide the order number and attach photographic evidence
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or claims if the conditions are not met.

7. Company’s Liability

  • The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or disregard of usage instructions.
  • The Company’s maximum liability in any case is limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the product.
  • The Company does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or opportunity loss.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, product images, and information on the website are the property of the Company.  
  • They must not be used, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Restriction of Service

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel customer orders if it finds:
    • Abnormal use of the website system
    • Fraudulent behavior
    • Violation of any of these Terms
    • Inappropriate behavior contrary to good faith service

10. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not responsible for its inability to fulfill these Terms due to force majeure events, such as:
    • Natural disasters
    • Severe accidents
    • Civil disturbances
    • Disease outbreaks
    • Other events beyond the Company’s control

  • The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  • Orders completed before any changes will continue to be governed by the previous Terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In case of disputes, the matter shall be considered by Thai courts.
