1. Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to online purchases made through the website https://www.ksgshop.com of King Stella Group Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). They govern the rights and obligations of users of the website (“the Customer”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Ordering Products
- An order is considered complete once the Company has received payment confirmation from the system.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any order in the following cases:
- Incorrect customer information
- Pricing errors
- Out-of-stock items or
- Other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Thai Baht and include VAT.
- Customers can pay through methods designated by the Company, including:

- The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Delivery
- The Company will arrange product delivery after the order is complete and payment has been confirmed.
- Delivery fees will be displayed before payment and may be waived during promotional periods.
5. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a paid order only if the product has not yet been shipped.
- If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may be requested according to the return and refund policy.

- A 4% financial transaction fee will be deducted from the order amount, and processing will take 2-3 business days.

6. Returns and Refunds

- Damaged products
- Incomplete orders
- Products damaged during delivery

- The product must be unused

- The Company’s maximum liability in any case is limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the product.
- The Company does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or opportunity loss.
