การจัดหาและจัดซื้อสินค้าและบริการจากต่างประเทศ ที่สามารถเปรียบเทียบรายการสินค้า ผู้ขาย(ซัพพลายเออร์) รายใหม่และต่อรองกับผู้ขายรายเดิม โดยประสานงานกับผู้รับผิดชอบและซัพพลายเออร์สำหรับการนำเข้าสินค้า ซึ่งสามารถกำหนดตารางการจัดส่งสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ ตรวจสอบว่าสินค้าพร้อมส่งและแน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะถูกจัดส่งถึงกระบวนการผลิตที่ตรงเวลา โดยตรวจสอบต้นทุนการจัดส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่เกินงบประมาณ ทั้งนี้ต้อง ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งตลอดกระบวนการจัดส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะถึงปลายทางตรงเวลา รวมทั้งสามารถประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ภายในบริษัทเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย ประสานงานกับบริการจัดส่ง บริษัทขนส่ง และบุคคลภายนอกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะถูกจัดส่งตรงเวลา
Main responsibilities
- The criteria for evaluating suppliers should be clearly defined, specifying the areas to be assessed, such as quality, cost, and various capabilities, including production, delivery, and the financial status of the partners.
- The key principles of international sales contracts, contracts related to finance, and payment for goods, as well as the documentation for the transportation of goods by sea and air, are understood in conjunction with the Letter of Guarantee (LG).
- Manage documents to prepare for the import of purchased goods according to specifications and delivery that can be price-compared, with timely suppliers that align with the production process
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in food packaging or related field.
- Must have1-3 years of experience in Buyer, Purchasing field.
- Have an experience in Product, Packaging will be a plus.
- Good command in English or Chinese.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong in sourcing products with suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
